Mark ‘Dogs’ Davies delivered another win in Team CF colours at the York evening races.

Racing started on a very wet track after heavy rain just before the start. Despite the treacherous conditions there were numerous attacks throughout the race although none managed to stay away, the peleton being assisted by calm conditions. The constant attacks ensured that the race maintained a quick pace with the average speed at 26mph.

A rider off the front in the closing stages of the race provided ‘Dogs’ with the opportunity to bridge across before winning the sprint for the line.
